"INTO THE CLOUDS"

Up here on the top of Machu Picchu Mountain, I captured one of my favorite images of all time.

Sometimes a photo captures more than just a moment - it captures a feeling, and this one I won't forget.

It felt like I could fly...

HUAYNA PICCHU

When you climb to the top of Machu Picchu Mountain, you get a stunning panoramic view of the ruins, with the steep peak of Huayna Picchu rising behind them.

The hike can be challenging though and you should be extra careful if it rains, as the trail becomes slippery and more dangerous...

Totally worth it though, it's a very special feeling to stand above the clouds and look down over the ancient city.

Built at The Picchu ravine, halfway between the Andes and the Amazon rainforest.

This location was not a coincidence, rather the definition of a highly spiritual place.

LOST CITY OF THE INCAS

MIRAVET

One of the prettiest villages in the world can be found on the banks of the Ebro River in Catalonia. It's called Miravet and its origins date back to the 9th century.

Miravet was built by both muslims and christians... Not at the same time in peace though unfortunately, but at different times following different conquests.
