An ancient Roman city located in central Spain. Mérida is a city that is often overlooked by Barcelona or Madrid. If you are someone like me and love history, then Mérida is the city for you! It is home to an ancient Roman Theatre that was built between the years 16 and 15 BCE. If you get a chance to visit, you can also have dinner and a glass of wine right next to the Temple of Diana.

Some people may not know this, but northern Spain can get pretty chilly in the colder months.
I went to Madrid in late November and quickly purchased a pair of gloves and drank as much warm coffee as I could find.

Living in the heart of Spain has been an exciting adventure on every cobbled street. The food is cheap here, and if you think the wine is good? Well, you'd be right!

Here are some photos of my time in Nova Scotia, Canada. It's a lovely seaside province in the eastern part of Canada. I traveled here for the summer, and it did not disappoint. I can't even begin to tell you how many lighthouses I saw! This place is covered in them! If you get the chance to visit Nova Scotia, you have to try the lobster here! I had everything from a big traditional lobster dinner, and lobster chowder, to a lobster club sandwich.

South Korea was the first country I ever visited outside of the United States, and I fell in love with this place. Honestly, even if you don't know the Korean language, you can still get around fairly easily. The people are kind, and they LOVE to practice their English with you! I spent a year there as an English teacher and I enjoyed every second with my kids. Teaching in Korea sparked my love for the classroom and seeking out new adventures around the world.

Back to School Sessions starting August 31st.

Covid-19 has certainly been a challenge for all of us, especially for kids in school. I am offering "Picture Day" sessions for parents who are unable to receive photos through the school.
