🌟Yoga rehab class - Backbends🌟

Do you sometimes feel that your not ready to lift up to your backbends? You might feel stiff or even pain while doing them? In Yoga rehab-classes we are deconstructing your backbendings to found out what is causing your suffering. We specifically target the parts that normally gets forgotten in a regular yoga class. Some parts might be weak, some parts might be tight. This is how we integrate the parts back into even better backbending to enjoy more freely your dream bridges and drop backs.
We approach the traditional asana practice in a totally new way. Be ready to get stronger, sweat and have fun all in one.
