For years, I’ve been sharing the personalities, the relationships and all those beautiful little moments of these amazing animals and their team with you.

But there is so much more behind caring for them than most people ever get to see.

We see the beautiful moments during the presentations — but behind them is an incredible amount of work, knowledge and responsibility every single day.

And I think it’s important for people to understand and appreciate everything that belongs to caring for these animals.

We’re starting with something absolutely fundamental: their water.

Around 25 million litres of seawater. Filtration 24/7. Cleaning, testing and monitoring throughout the day.

Because this water is their living environment — and maintaining its quality is one of the absolute priorities.

And so much of this work happens completely unnoticed.

That’s what I want to show you. What really goes into caring for these animals. 💙

Did you know that the animals live in sea water coming directly from the ocean? It has only natural chlorine (so no chemicals) and only 12-13 degrees!
