The cookbook Pørridge, which I photographed for Anni Kravi last summer, is OUT NOW :🚀Just seen a copy and I'm so happy 😎

Anna is super talented and the team was a well-oiled-book-making-machine :D Recipes and styling Anni Kravi, Design Nicola Ellis Quadrille Publishing, Food coordinator Richard McCormick and Book coordinator Romily Morgan.

(It was released on Friday in the UK, copies will soon be available from DATE+KALE Helsinki and it will be available in Finnish in February).

This Tokio cookbook I photographed came out a few weeks ago in Finland. There was once again a wonderful team behind it- Richard McCormick, Anni Kravi, Janne Hänninen and Ilona Räihä. Our Pariisi, Barcelona and Tokio books are available in Finnish bookstores and tomorrow at The Cock's Books & Porridge event, 11-15.
