Reimagining music education with AI! 🎶

How can AI make learning new instruments more engaging and effective? Let us introduce you to Chen Qu and Jeremy Wong — professional musicians and Co-Founders behind Bravori.

Bravori is a music learning platform that combines pedagogical frameworks with gamification features to strengthen the communication between teachers and students. It helps teachers monitor progress and supports students in staying motivated and committed to their learning journey. 📱📚

Chen and Jeremy had already taken steps toward implementing AI features into the app to improve the user experience, but were looking for ways to deliver more personalized feedback to students.

Through our AI Proof-of-Concept service, they got to talk to experts, gain practical insights into the technical landscape of AI, and validate their concept. “The team of experts made the complicated things simple, so that even non-technical experts like ourselves were able to understand and follow”, said Jeremy.

This Proof-of-Concept was delivered through the FAIR, an EU-co-founded initiative that supports SMEs in digitalization and AI implementation.

What if you could test your AI-powered idea before going all in? 🤔

That’s exactly what Damon Hernandez, CEO of Mixx Reality and long-time member of our Developer Hub community, did through our AI Proof-of-Concept service.

Mixx Reality makes spatial communication simple and interactive across all consumer devices. Mixxing together Silicon Valley expertise with Nordic values, their B2B SaaS platform is already trusted by businesses worldwide—including Siemens, ByteDance, and Sitowise. 🙌

Together with our experts, the team explored how conversational AI could be used to deliver personalized, scenario-based training. The PoC resulted in a training platform that adapts to each user’s starting point and guides them step by step based on their responses, making it easy to practice various real-life situations.

”The documentation, the deliverable — everything exceeded our expectations”, Damon shared.

After the PoC, taking the next steps has been easy thanks to the clear roadmap. ”We’ve also found other collaborators to take this to the next stage”, he adds.

💬 ”Our mindset determines what skills we are ready to learn. And share!”

Yesterday, we were all ears here at Helsinki XR Center as our Monthly AI Meetup’s April keynote speaker, Markku Pelkonen from Growth Resilience, talked about how he has leveraged AI to create more time for himself while expanding his expertise.

Back in 2022, he dove into AI with zero coding experience and ended up building a fully automated system with 60 custom AI skills, mixing different tools and agents.

Impressive! 🤩 But getting started with tools and building a personal relationship with technology might feel overwhelming at first.

Here are three reminders from Markku to guide you forward:

🫵 You’re in the driver’s seat
Think of AI as a powerful engine you steer. It can optimize tasks, but the direction and decisions are yours.

🤝 AI as an amplifier, not a substitute
AI isn’t here to replace you, but instead to enhance what you can already do. It extends your skills while keeping your human judgment and creativity at the center.

💡Human development first
The goal isn’t just smarter machines, but empowered humans who can make a greater impact by learning to collaborate with technology.

In the future, metaskills like adaptalibilty, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence will matter more than ever. To thrive in the AI era, focus on nurturing a growth mindset and define what matters most to you by asking yourself: where could AI make a difference for me today?

Another exciting year in emerging tech has come to an end, and we wanted to rewind and celebrate some of the highlights.
