Beyond the obvious. That thought has been stuck in my mind for months now. How to transcend what’s obvious, how to not just scratch the surface but dig deeper.
To reveal, instead of staging. To make people feel, instead of fake. How to take photos of specific people and make them universal, so that any viewer, not knowing the couple in the frame, can relate and feel, imagine, understand not only the love of the couple but the type of connection they have.

I truly believe I can create a space for you to just be yourselves, and let go. It takes me showing my vulnerability to let you show yours.
But that’s only part of what’s needed to create these images: you have to play a big part in it as well. Just letting go, allowing yourselves to drop any social mask you might have, and just breathe, feel, be yourselves.

I often say I don’t try to recreate poses, follow trends, or stage things too much. And that’s true. Simply because if it doesn’t come naturally to you, it will just feel bland to me, tasteless, off.

As a photographer, I need your emotions, feelings, and relationship to feel everything and fuel my creativity.

Your photos are not just memories to you — they are also tiny emotional capsules to me.

A few frames from an indoor couple session at Palais Bénédictine for this amazing wedding ☺️
Mood, texture, connection and directional light. Images you can feel, dense, meaningful.
Exactly the kind of imagery I’m moving towards.
I’m not looking for trendy images, but rather images that carry that emotional weight and tension.
You don’t have to be models, you don’t have to know how to pose. You just have to let go and trust the process. To feel comfortable with me rather than into being photographed.
If that resonates with you, I still have a few availability for 2027.

Over the past year, I’ve been adding 35mm and medium format film to my wedding photography.

Manual focus, manual exposure, light leaks and grain — it truly resonates with my approach.

In this performative industry, where some cameras can shoot up to 120 frames per second, I purposely decided to slow down. My main cameras don’t even have autofocus.

Because at some point, the tools that were meant to make my life easier were making it a little bland. Tasteless.

By embracing a slower approach — trying to make every single frame count — I feel connected to the moment in a way I never did with high-tech gear.

That’s becoming more and more central to the way I tell a story.

Would you choose imperfect images full of character, or clean ones that maybe lack a little soul?

A week ago, some of the best people in this industry gathered at Château Mirambeau for its inauguration.
As the main photographer documenting this day, I wanted to bring part of me to the images — a taste for silence, deep connections and raw energy. Shadows that reveal. Living moments that tell the story.

Here’s a quick extract of the couple shoot.

A special thanks to & for making this happen, to my second shooter and the whole team:

2026 season has started 🔥

Once again, it’ll be about deep connections, intimate moments — real, human ones. Beyond the obvious sparkles and beautiful locations, to reveal who you truly are together.

Gotta love that film vibe !
Proposal session in the heart of Paris, captured on film for raw vibes and true narratives.

Dan + Kat flew all the way from HK for a Parisian trip and Dan took this opportunity to propose. A lovely, deeply personal, peaceful session in the heart of Paris on a typical Parisian December weather.

Corentin & Aurélie — La Baule

Some places carry contrasts within them.
Strength and softness.
Raw elements shaped by time, wind, and light.

La Baule was the perfect setting for this surprise proposal — a space where the landscape doesn’t try to impress, but simply exists. Powerful. Calm. Honest.

Their connection mirrors that balance.
A quiet intensity.
A tenderness that doesn’t need to be loud to be felt.

I didn’t want to direct this moment.
Only to observe it unfold — the hesitation, the smile that gives it away, the instant where everything shifts.

Photographing love, for me, is never about the gesture itself.
It’s about what happens just before… and just after.
