Depuis 2020, je me suis plongée dans la peinture après la photographie, en explorant différents outils pour trouver le moyen parfait d’expression.

Hi guys!

Many of you don’t even know who is hiding behind this artist’s account. I decided to introduce myself.
⠀
My name is Zara. Soon it’s been almost two years since I moved from Asia, Singapore to Bordeaux. An amazing city by the way))))
⠀
I am an artist and also a photographer. You can see my photography in this account
I had to separate my photography and my art because they are about completely different things.
If my pop art is reflections on the theme of the system, the inception of ideas, manipulations, illusion of freedom of choice, the dictatorship of the world oligarchy and of course the influence of mass culture on crowds and individuals, then photographs are about something else. There I see the beauty of this world, the smiles of people and, of course, the elusive rhythms of the streets.

I hope my next long post will be in French, since the French reasonably ask me why the hell I haven’t learned French in two years. And my excuses are almost over.

4000 children 4000 children 4000 children just 1 month... From the very beginning of covid, I passed the point of no return in my vision of the world. Then the wars (more than one war) between once fraternal peoples made a huge hole in my heart. But what is happening now in front of our eyes is the destruction of ordinary civilians, women, children, and the elderly, innocent men’s. This is genocide and it is happening in front of our eyes. And it just shattered the remnants of my heart into smithereens. World Democratic leaders (managers) are simply watching what is happening until the last child in Gaza is killed... And of course they are in no hurry with either multi-million dollar support or sanctions, there is no attempt to stop this horror. The media are also silent, they were not ordered to speak. And ordinary people who shouted so loudly 2 years ago about the impossibility of violence and the need to stop the war remain silent. The world is on fire and every time I think that things can’t get any worse, I’m faced with a much more terrible reality. The reality of double standards, the reality where if you are of the wrong nationality or religion, then no one wants to hear your voice about prayer. I’m not religious, but I’ve reached the point where I want to pray to God, because people don’t hear people anymore. 🇵🇸
