Sometimes, it’s the smallest details that make a scene feel real.

This piece is part of a larger diorama, but it quickly became one of the focal points.

The level of detail and realism on this cow really helps bring life and contrast to the whole scene.

👉 This model comes from RT-Diorama , and it fits perfectly into storytelling-driven dioramas.

Because beyond tanks and vehicles, it’s often these subtle elements that make everything believable.

Do these figures bring the scene to life?

On this project, I decided to focus on the figures earlier in the process.
Even with the tank still in progress, they already set the tone and atmosphere of the scene.

For me, that’s where a diorama really starts to exist, not just as a model, but as a moment.

There’s still work to do, but the direction is there.

I’d love to hear your thoughts, do the figures feel natural to you? What would you improve?

M5A1 Stuart 1/35 - weathering in progress. Subtle dust, earthy washes, and the first signs of life on this build. The figure adds scale, story and attitude. Slowly turning every detail start to speak. What would you add next ?
