Was this my finest hour?

Never was so much achieved, for so many, by so few... Well, just me.. 📸😆

Whilst far from my day-to-day photography, now, the NCPphoto project definitely launched me into the direct line of sight of a lot of influential people.

A single project that became a springboard for my career.

I’m biased. This will not be a fair exploration of the reasons to book a photoshoot - but it’s my website, so I’m affording myself some license. I’ll be starting with the premise that as you’re here reading it, you already have a pet and would like some photos of it.

You want a photoshoot. This one is quite important. People will think you’re weird if you book a photoshoot when you don’t want any photos of your dog. If you want a photoshoot, book one - preferably with Avant Photographic.

I'm curious - What have people done with the photos their photographer took of the buffet at their wedding..?

It seems important at the time, but I am intrigued if anyone out there has gone back to their photo of vol-au-vents, sausage rolls, cucumber sandwiches and cocktail sausages and relived the memory of eating it -

Memories are precious and photos capture them. But surely only Mary Beard or Lucy Worsley could have an interest in "What We Ate At Our Weddings.."
