Dinan (Côtes-d’Armor) – Inauguration du Parc naturel régional Vallée de la Rance – Côte d’Émeraude.

Didier Lechien, président du parc et maire de Dinan, a reçu Françoise Gatel, ministre de l’Aménagement du territoire et de la Décentralisation, et Mathieu Lefevre, ministre délégué chargé de la Transition écologique, à l’occasion de l’inauguration officielle de ce nouveau Parc naturel régional.

Ce projet structurant pour le territoire vise à concilier protection de la biodiversité, développement durable et dynamisme économique local.

🐬 A heroic rescue on the Rance

Last Wednesday in La Vicomté-sur-Rance (Côtes-d’Armor, Brittany), a dolphin became trapped in the mud at low tide, nearly 18 km from the open sea.

For more than three hours, firefighters from SDIS 22 carried out an exceptional rescue operation in extremely muddy conditions.
Advancing meter by meter, sometimes sinking waist-deep in the mud, they managed to place the animal on a soft support mattress and a stretcher, using a small boat to move it before towing it to a rigid inflatable rescue boat to bring it back toward open waters.

👏 A spectacular rescue that deserves immense respect for the dedication and courage of the firefighters.

À Noël, la ville se couvre de lumière,
sans jamais s’effacer complètement.

Derrière les décorations,
le rythme reste le même :
vertical, dense, structuré.

Photographier une ville,
c’est observer ce qui persiste
quand tout semble célébrer.

Portrait d’une lionne.

Derrière ce regard calme se cache
une capacité d’adaptation rare.
Dans cette zone, certaines lionnes se sont adaptées
à la chasse de proies exceptionnellement grandes,
jusqu’à l’éléphant.

Du tapis rouge aux espaces sauvages,
mon travail reste le même :
observer, comprendre, attendre.
