PREVIEW: This Saturday, I had the pleasure to shoot Marie and Ali's wedding. Marie has a wonderful wedding dress shop in my hometown, and has super good taste: I haven't seen a dress like hers before. But you'll have to wait a bit more before discovering it. I'm very happy to release tonight one of my long-term project I've been working on... Since the end of 2015, I've been following the French sushi champion 2015 Anthony Cuty Nguyen from Izakaya Joyi, its own restaurant, in order to show the behind the scene of a sushi restaurant. This personal project fall within my "Artisans and Passion" theme that I'm developing since a few years.

Here is the story of Anthony Nguyen, French Sushi Champion 2015, and his restaurant Izakaya Joyi... From the fish market to the plate !
