"Femmes d'Ombre et de Lumière" is a documentary photography project by .pauthier which shine a light on the women who work in the technical teams of the film and audiovisual industries.
through this series, Clara Pauthier wanted to associate female figures with professions generally perceived as 'masculine', in the hope that producers, directors and project creators would no longer discriminate on the basis of gender. I also hope that this series will appeal to a wider audience, particularly young women aspiring to these professions.
