Goalpost emerged from a curiosity of tension in photographs.Stillness and velocity, intimacy and distance, the field and the figure. These photographs serve as negotiations where body becomes landmark.Each gesture, each fragment of movement, translates an interior rhythm onto open ground.
The book itself comes in a limited edition print box with the Goal Post logo printed on the cover.The 1st Edition is a limited print run ofonly 300 with each box individually numbered on the back of the book.
Darren Gwynn is a photographer and director, originally from South Africa. His passion for image-making ignited at a young age, experimenting with alternative darkroom processes. He pursued this interest academically, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Fine Art, and Art History. Relocating to London, Darren honed his craft by assisting several of today’s leading photographers.
