I'm doing my best
Far from enough
You wonder, boy
My voice too gruff
Lost in my stuff
But building a rough nest
👩🏻‍🦰
You did your best
Cracked princess crown
My angel girl
I let you down
Your fragile frown
This clumsy clown you blessed
👨🏻‍🦳
We do our best
Without a guide
Glad to be dads
Kids by our side
Nowhere to hide
The tide is high
No time to bide
The end is nigh
This ride is not a test

🎈 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝗽𝗼𝗲𝗺 and image popped out (the way they do) after a prompt from a sort of philosophical writing thing I'm going to called "𝘉𝘰𝘯𝘩𝘦𝘶𝘳, 𝘰𝘶̀ 𝘦𝘴𝘵-𝘵𝘶 ?" (Happiness, where are you?)

I have an inkling (about the answer), but it's always good to keep the inspiration coming...

If the Pixies have been asking this for decades, and a random alley near my place asked it last week, then I don't see why I shouldn't either. 🤔

I checked the song lyrics for clues, in case there was an answer in there somewhere. That was a waste of time. I'd forgotten it was a Pixies song...

My local wall didn't feel the need for a question mark, and maybe that's it: Where is my mind? My mind is where! The problem with asking this is a bit like self-development - the person supposedly being developed is also the one doing the developing. Howz that workin' out for ya? 🤯

So here, the mind is asking itself where it is, itself. You'd kind of think it would know, wouldn't you? It's right here!
