Shooting with children in Paris is always an adventure. My philosophy? Expect everything to go "wrong" and be totally okay with it!

If they want to jump, we jump. If they want to sit on the grass and eat a croissant, we capture that too. By choosing quiet corners and park locations, we give them the freedom to be themselves. No stress, no pressure — just real life in the most beautiful city in the world. 🥐

Save this for when you’re worried about your kids "behaving" during a shoot! (Spoiler: they don't have to).

Shooting with kids is a beautiful chaos.

Let’s be honest: family sessions are a challenge. Kids don’t care about the perfect lighting, and they definitely don't want to "stand still and smile." They just want to play!

And honestly? That’s exactly how it should be. My secret to successful family photos in Paris is simple:

Choose the right locations: I love using enclosed parks where kids can safely run around, treating the location like a playground.

Expect the unexpected: Be ready for everything to go "wrong." If a toddler cries or wants to jump in leaves, we roll with it.

The moment you stop forcing them to pose and just let them play, the magic happens. Don't stress, don't get upset, and just capture the real, beautiful life as it unfolds.

Proof that 7 AM in Paris is always a good idea. 🌅

We traded sleep for sunrise! There is something so special about being out before the city fully wakes up. The light was soft, golden, and absolutely breathtaking, but the best part was the constant laughter.

Why I love summer shoots on the terraces. 📸☀️

Most people think of the Eiffel Tower, but for me, the soul of a Parisian summer is on the terrace. Why? Because the light reflects off the limestone buildings, creating a natural softbox that makes everyone look radiant.

It’s the perfect "lifestyle" location: natural, relaxed, and 100% Parisian. We catch the laughter, the clinking of glasses, and that feeling of pure freedom that only summer in this city can give. 🕊🍷

I just looked at the archives and realized something incredible—this was our 10th session together in Paris! 📸

To have a client return to your lens time and time again is the greatest compliment a photographer can ever receive.
