A couple from my trip to Japan about five years ago to visit while Joe was teaching over there. A brilliant trip with so much to see. the first picture is at the Bamboo forest outside of Kyoto and the second Mount Fuji from the Shinkansen (Bullet train). The journey on that was a real experience in Japanese efficiency and service.

I found a couple of my first digital pictures, well that's slightly untrue as my first digital camera was a kodak that only stored about 12 pictures and came as an extra with my then PC. I started in earnest with a Samsung (same as Pentax) which seemed to capture lovely colour without any filters.
