Exploring landscapes - Falling

Yeeeehaw I am back to living life location free in my van. This brought back my motivation and inspiration to create, not to mention the amazing landscapes just begging to be captured.

So here's an additional piece to the series about exploring landscapes. A series started simply because I inspiration struck at in a beautiful landscape, but the ritual of creating the work turned into something so much more valuable.

Through the process I learned to accept my body, learned to be nicer to her parts that i previously stamped as being not beautiful enough and to truly get to know it in ways I hadn't before.

So I'm grateful for my art showing up in the most meaningful way through this process of learning to love all of myself ✨🌾

Being on this deep inner journey to connect with myself, my soul & my wild woman I've discovered the healing practice of removing my layers and being one with nature.

Exploring my landscape through my art has really given me a deeper love and respect for the vessel I am in during this lifetime 🧜🏼

I am letting go of insecurities and embracing all that I am.

For now I'll just say that waking up with my furry friend stepping on my t**s, dealing with my own and my vans breakdowns, being extremely connected and dependent on nature, waking up from Berryboy shaking in a storm, scraping ice off the inside of my windows in the mountains, bathing in the cold sea - all of it has been magical 💫✨🥺

Even though I've spent a lot of time backpacking by myself, this adventure is a whole different ballgame. I'm not here to only travel and hang out, but this is my life now - for however long or short i choose it to be.

I will need to have a good sit-down to think about all the lessons vanlife has given me, because there's A LOT.

I can't believe a month has passed since I left my home with Cas in Eindhoven, hugged my mum goodbye and hit the road to simply live and be with myself for a while.

When I left the plan was for me to leave for 2 months. Probably no surprise to those who know me, but i think it will be a little longer before I will need a break from my current lifestyle 🧜🏼
