If you are planning from abroad, keep all key answers in writing (email is enough). When rules and logistics are clear, everything else becomes fun again.

- get the venue rules in one email thread (end time, noise, access, Plan B)
- choose one "best light" window for portraits
- make guest info obvious (where to be, what time, and how to get home)
