A few favourites from our group shoot at St Monans in Scotland.

The weather was definitely challenging, but the girls did brilliantly and we made the most of that amazing rocky coastline.

I’ve gone for B&W with these — I think the dramatic skies, rocks and dance shapes really suit it.

Not the easiest conditions, but a fab shoot and some images I really like.

The awesome Yvonne Gray was there with some of her girls too. One of the great things about these group shoots is the real sense of togetherness — everyone getting involved, supporting each other and making a day of it.

The fabulous Maisey — aka Spider Girl!

Such a photogenic dancer and so much fun to photograph. We created loads of variety, but I especially love these B&W reflection shots — simple, strong and a little bit dramatic.

More from Loch Lomond, this time with the fab Kayla.

Amazing scenery, plenty of drama and, with the beach, blue skies and sunshine, some of these could almost have been taken somewhere in the Mediterranean rather than Scotland! It was quite choppy for the hair flick but the girls bravely fought on!
It was good to explore the other opportunities this place has to offer.

Such a brilliant location for dance photography — we’ll definitely be returning next year. More on that in the future!

It’s been a very busy few weeks in the studio, so I’m a little behind with sharing shoots!

A little black & white collection from this fab shoot with the delightful Orlaith

Jumps, flowing skirts, lyrical shapes and a touch of ballet — such a lovely mix of looks and styles, and she did an amazing job throughout.

Love how timeless these feel in black & white.

Another fab Register to Win shoot! Here are Maja and little sister Annabelle.

Such a lovely young dancer to photograph, with lots of different looks, poses and ideas throughout the session.

And of course, when little sister is there watching, it would be rude not to get her involved too!

A really fun shoot and some gorgeous memories of the two of them together as well.

First of the Scotland shoots

The lovely Anais at Loch Lomond — a brilliant young dancer with some fab leg holds, and such a pleasure to photograph.

We moved around several different locations during the shoot, which gave us loads of variety. Some of the final images don’t even look like Scotland!

A great start to the Scottish part of the trip, and plenty more to come.
We absolutely loved our tours this year, Wales and Scotland, both amazing
