✨ A little update, The Crafty Phoenix is changing ✨
Some of you have been here with me for a LONG time.
Back in 2015, I started The Crafty Phoenix. I made art, I crafted, I tried new things, changed direction about 400 times 😂 and spent years trying to turn my creativity into a business.
There were ups, downs, successes, failures and a lot of moments where I stubbornly refused to give up but over the last few years, my art business has become quieter and quieter. And I think this year I finally admitted to myself that maybe it wasn't meant to work in the way I'd originally imagined.
And weirdly… I'm okay with that because I've found myself putting all that creative energy into something new: Diary of a Welsh Geek 💜 And it feels much more me.
It's art. It's gaming. It's LEGO. Pokémon. Collecting. Cosplay. Colouring. Random hyperfixations. Days out. Behind the scenes. Things I've loved for years and things I've discovered five minutes ago. 😂 Basically, it's my wonderfully chaotic little geeky diary.
So rather than completely leaving The Crafty Phoenix behind, I'm bringing that part of me along. The art isn't disappearing. The creativity isn't disappearing. It's just becoming part of something different 🥰
