Another year older and another year wiser than the last.

I always like to reflect on my birthday and look back at how different my life is from this time last year, and how I feel in this moment.

Here’s to another year of learning, growing, and enjoying the life I’m creating for myself. This year has shown me who turns up for me in my darkest moments, and it’s reminded me of the strength I have to keep going because I know things do get better.

I’ve had my fair share of life lessons, heartbreak and loss, but I still keep going because I truly believe that what’s meant for me will find me when the time is right. So I’ll keep moving forwards. Whether that’s on my own or with the people I love around me, I know I am loved.

Back exploring antique shops with Miss Quinny… one of my favourite places to be. 🤍

We stopped into an antique shop in Montrose called George Eaton Antique that I’ve visited for years. It’s actually where I found one of my favourite treasures—a beautiful Wedgwood ring that I still wear today.

The shop is full of silver, jewellery, mirrors, china, artwork, and all sorts of hidden gems. It’s definitely a place where you need a good rummage… while trying not to knock anything over! Every antique lover knows that feeling. 😅

We found another little treasure while we were there, and it reminded me why I love these adventures with Miss Quinny. There are plenty more antique road trips to come, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

Back at the auction with Miss Quinny, previewing the upcoming lots… and let’s just say we got a little carried away with the filming. 🤭✨

There was so much to see, and between talking absolute rubbish together and Miss Quinny teaching me so much every time we’re out, we ended up with so much content! So we’re thinking of mixing things up with everything from quick one-minute clips to longer behind-the-scenes videos (maybe even YouTube 👀), so there’s something for everyone.

Every auction teaches me something new. Every viewing uncovers something I’ve never seen before. And every trip reminds me why I fell in love with this world in the first place.

Lots more adventures, antiques, laughs, and behind-the-scenes moments are on the way. We can’t wait to bring you along. 🤎

Another auction adventure with Miss Quinneys ✨💍

If you think Kate has a lot of jewellery… trust me, you’ve only seen a fraction of it 🤣 From costume pieces to some seriously stunning high-end gems, the stock just keeps growing.

We’ve been chatting about the idea of doing a live auction in the future 👀 Is that something you’d like to see?

Tomorrow we’re off on another auction adventure. No, we won’t be revealing our secret hunting grounds 🤫 but I can promise there are already far too many pieces online that I want to try on (and probably persuade Kate to buy 😅).

Working with Kate never feels like work. It’s just two best friends who love jewellery, treasure hunting, and getting far too excited over shiny things.

Now… let’s see what gems we find next ✨💎

Wholesome Sundays are my favourite kind of days🌞

My first antique and vintage fair of the year in Ballater, and what a wonderful day it was. There’s something about being surrounded by antiques, stories, and familiar faces that makes me feel completely at home.

I came home with a lovely addition to my garden (thank you 💚), spent time wandering an open garden, picked up a few plants, met some lovely new people, and even made a new friend along the way.

The best part? I went on my own.

Today was a reminder that when you put yourself out into the world with an open heart, wonderful things have a way of finding you. Sometimes all it takes is saying yes to an adventure and trusting that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

A wholesome day filled with antiques, gardens, good conversations, and a little reassurance that I’m on the right path.
