Photography has been a lifelong passion for me, but a visit to a huge Photography shop in New York 1999 really kicked things off. I couldn't believe the cameras available and soon after coming home convinced my parents to invest in a professional camera for me. I studied photography as a second subject in tech but in quitting my main course I had to give it up too. Soon after, thanks to my journal

ist sister I was able to secure 3 weeks work experience with some of Ireland's best Photographers in the Irish News. They taught me so much that I could never have learned in a class and I just hope that it comes across in the pictures I take today.....
