'See Be Photograph' Mindful Photography sessions:

These sessions are not about taking 'good' photos but experiencing how slowing down can help connect with our surroundings and see things differently. All welcome!

These are relaxed and inclusive sessions with the aim of helping build confidence in your photography skills, in the beautiful surroundings of the gardens. Suitable for all ages.

Excited to be working with Andy's Angels again this October! 📷🌳🤩

We are excited to be working with Sam Pharoah Photography again over the October half Term.

27th and 28th October!

Andy’s Angels ‘This is Me’ Photography Project

Free relaxed photography sessions for young people and their parents/guardians together.

No photographic skills or experience needed, cameras available to borrow.

2.5 hour sessions each day, led by photographer Sam Pharoah.

Over both sessions, we will get creative with cameras together, with a range of photographic activities, children and their adults will explore the theme ‘This is Me’ in different ways.
There will be fun and quieter moments as we connect with our surroundings and practice photography skills, linking words and feelings with what we see around us, making space to support everyone to express themselves through photography. Spaces offered out to Andy’s Angels registered families first.

The next bit!

The workshops will be presented in an exhibition of images produced by the attendees, this exhibition (venue to be confirmed) will be an opportunity for those who took part, if they wish to exhibit their photos and share their work with the community, this event will be in aid of Andy's Angels.

Thank you to Friends of Marine Gardens - Worthing for supporting us with this project with letting us use Marine Gardens as our base for this project.

Excited to be offering a series of photography workshops at Highdown Gardens during the summer! A couple of things not to miss from the poster:

🌷 First sessions are next week!!!!! Good for impromptu decision-makers like me :)

😎 Choice of Mindful or Skills-Based sessions - you can sign up to just one or multiple sessions.

🐓 There are some EARLY mindful photography sessions available - before the gates officially open so we have the gardens to ourselves!

🕺Sessions are open to all ages and you can come along with any amount of photography experience.

📷 I have cameras available to borrow if you fancy it. You can also use your own camera or phone - whatever works for you.

Skills Based Photography Workshop with photographer Sam Pharoah. This Saturday 11th July from 10 - 1. Free to attend!

A three hour session led by photographer Sam Pharoah with the aim of helping build confidence in your photography skills - wherever you are in your photography journey!
Inspired by the beautiful surroundings of The Fen Farm (Test Road, Sompting), we will explore some ways of getting great photographs with cameras and phones. There will be tips and tricks for beginners and improvers, some guided group exercises with plenty of time and space to get creative with your photos in a supportive environment.
Feel free to bring your own cameras and/or phones to use in the session. There will also be cameras available to try/borrow for the morning.

Booking is essential as spaces are limited.

Mindful photography and much, much more at The Fen Farm's inaugural Community Spring Fair this week. It was a scorcher! A fantastic celebration of community, natural produce, creativity and wellbeing. So fab to be part of it. Liane and Keith at Sustainable Sussex and all your amazing volunteers - hats off to you all! A fantastic day and a brilliant community doing amazing work. :)

Tomorrow!! Looking forward running some mini Mindful Photography workshops at this fab event. Some half term loveliness at The Fen Farm with Sustainable Sussex .

This Tuesday 26th May at 10.30am until 3pm is our Community Spring Fair at The Fen Farm, Test Road in Sompting.

Loved delivering the first 'See. Be. Photograph' Mindful Photography session at The Fen Farm last Saturday! Such a serene and beautiful location - and the glorious weather helped so much! We had a full house - thanks so much to everyone who came and engaged wholeheartedly in the session. Such amazing feedback from the group about your own 'takeaways' and positive experiences - above and beyond my expectations. Can't wait for the next event with . Thank you for having me!
