Shout out to the woman I love to be giddy with, my awesome co-host from the retreat Gemma Gemma Lea Edelman | Conscious Leadership
After visiting Gemma in Spain during Easter 2025 and taking some headshots of her in the town where she lives, I said out loud that for several years I had dreamed of hosting a retreat and that I really wanted to take Capture and Connect abroad.
In my head, it was a 5 year plan, but Gemma being the woman she is said let’s go for it, let’s do it in a year, and we did!
I loved working with Gemma (we’ve been friends for over 20 years) - it made such a welcome change to have someone to collaborate with and share ideas with because normally I’m just going solo in my business. It was also so lush to share the excitement with someone ahead of the weekend, we were sooooo giddy!
As well as being the woman on the ground to sort out logistics in Spain, Gemma ran 3 incredible workshops around the topic of confidence and visibility. Here’s how our attendees described the sessions, “insightful and powerful... amazing... uplifting and positive.... They gave me a real deep connection to myself and set me on a path to wanting more out of life in general... Gemma made everyone feel so comfortable.” 🤩 What an amazing coach!
