After a few weeks of seeing buzzards visit on the trail camera, I thought I'd give it a try sitting in hide. Weather wasn't too bad with sun at times, as I'd seen them at most times through the day, I thought I'd try an afternoon session.
This didn't seem to pay off though and I didn't get a visit till 3pm, and although two buzzards hung around in nearby trees, something put them off so I called it a day at 4pm.
Next session will be early morning, starting whilst its still dark.

Visits are getting more regular so I'm hoping to sit out soon now, next week I'm thinking and I'll probably have to put an hide up beforehand to get them used to it, just so not to spook them. here they have offal/innards donated by a local ferreting lad

Highlights of the passed few days, 2 buzzards, local badger and one of the resident tawny owls, all taking advantage of the rabbit carcase.
