So, this is a night-time target I've just about finished imaging, unless I return to it next year.
It's a total of 75 hours of exposures, made up from 450 x 10 minute shots, taken in the last month (30 hours) and 45 hours from this time last year.
It's something called Cygnus Wall, which is located in an area of sky known as the North American Nebula.
Why do I go back and retake and stack the same images on previous images, because thats how you get a really clean image (free from 'noise') and also thats how you get to capture those really faint and obscure areas, such as the wispy tendrils coming out of the black area to the right.
