Lovely family portrait session at Crabtree Plantation. Great place for the children to be free and be themselves, getting the most from everyone for the photos.
Also, Crabtree Plantation is fab place to shelter from the weather - if a little hot or a little drizzle and makes a lovely backdrop.

At home portraits are also great, especially for newborn photoshoots.

Alerts help connect people sleeping rough quickly with support services, including emergency accommodation, advice and practical assistance from the Basingstoke and Deane Social Inclusion Partnership, which we are part of.

Alongside this immediate support, we are continuing our work to strengthen longer-term support for people at risk of homelessness too. Work started this week to refurbish May Place House, emergency accommodation in Basingstoke town centre, after we purchased the building earlier this year. The refurbishment will create a more supportive space, with accessible rooms, ensuite facilities and better areas for one-to-one support.

Support will continue to be provided while the work is underway. May Place House is expected to reopen in the spring, with a specialist housing and support provider being brought in to run the service. Find out more using the links in the comments 👇

Hello September! And back to school for many - I hope it was a good summer break!

25 years ago this month I moved to Basingstoke to start my Press Photography carer and 12 years now as Freelance Photographer - time flies!

The coming months my diary is busy with wonderful weddings, events (half marathon to name one), updating websites and marketing material with new fresh photos, PR shoots and lovely family photo sessions.

Weddings: Please get in touch to chat more, I have flexible packages from a few hours to all day. Love to meet up over a drink to show you my photos in print and digitally.

I always get excited photographing a couple's special day, meeting all their family and friends and being part of such a momentous occasion in their life.
