If I had to describe this week in four words: everything, all, at once.

So for that reason, I will try to keep this post short and sweet!

This week we've kicked things off with a newborn sibling photoshoot with a FORTH time returning lovely mama Emma who I feel like I've known her much longer than I have, just love it when clients are so comfortable and we just click! Then had an amazing meeting with the beautiful beautiful soul Sarah from The Wildflower Sanctuary, genuinely one of the nicest ladies I've met... we are coming up with some exciting collaborations for you all, which I can't wait to share... then met with the stunning Lauren who swooned and cried over her recent newborn, mum and sibling session ... and that's only the first day...throughout the week newborn photoshoot after photoshoot with lots of precious and gorgeous families.. and ended the week with lots of orders being collected with the most beautiful canvas and wall art.. We are planning in the background the launch of our new mums group "Through the Motherhood Len's" a project I've absolutely loved working on. Seeing it finally come to life and reading all of your kind, supportive comments has been such a highlight. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts, it genuinely means so much....

Mums, I need your help! 🤍

I’m busy planning the locations we’ll visit during the new “Through the Motherhood Lens" Mum & Baby group, and I’d love your input and recommendations …

I’m looking for places that are:
✨ Baby-friendly
✨ Have free or easy parking
✨ A lovely cafe you’ve felt comfortable and relaxed at
✨ Does good coffee and cake 🫶🏼
✨ A beautiful walk nearby
✨ Plenty of pretty spots for taking photos

Think somewhere you’d genuinely enjoy spending a morning with your baby while meeting other mums, learning how to take beautiful photos on your phone, and making some lovely memories along the way.

That's a wrap! Lots of completed summer mini's and precious newborn galleries heading out today! Although it was so amazing doing so many summer sessions while its been so sunny, I'm grateful for the rain we've had..I have to say I'm relieved the weather has cooled for us all a bit! I'm only taking on a limited amount of bookings during this summer, as its my first summer with my own baby girl, so if your looking natural storytelling family or maternity photography I'd love to connect with you.

It looks like feeding, settling, cuddling and slowing down.
Sessions at Sitting Pretty are baby-led and unhurried - with space for pauses, comfort and real connection.
