The Red Arrows are scheduled to fly across Northern Ireland this evening, Thursday 3 September, while travelling from RAF Waddington to Prestwick Airport.

Their planned route includes:

✈️ 6.05pm — Strangford Lough
✈️ 6.07pm — north-east of Downpatrick
✈️ 6.10pm — Carryduff
✈️ 6.13pm — Belfast flypast
✈️ 6.15pm — Carrickfergus
✈️ 6.16pm — Barrs Point

All timings are approximate and remain subject to weather, operational requirements and last-minute route changes. Keep your eyes and ears open from around 6.10pm! 🔴⚪🔵

🚁 Capturing the story — without getting in the way.

We captured this footage of today’s incident in Belfast, but made a conscious decision to remain well clear of the immediate area.

With emergency service drones operating at the scene, alongside the Belfast City Airport flight restriction zone, getting closer simply wasn’t appropriate.

For us, getting the shot will never take priority over safety, legality or the work of the emergency services.

Even from a safe distance, aerial footage can provide a powerful perspective on major events — but knowing when not to fly closer is just as important as knowing how to fly.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by today’s incident and the emergency services responding on the ground and in the air.

🚧 Demolition begins at Clara House, Belfast

The first moments of the demolition of Clara House are now underway, and our team is on site to capture the project from the very beginning.

As well as documenting the opening stages, we’re installing one of our professional timelapse systems to record the transformation from start to finish.
