Volunteer Opportunity – Join me at the 1G1 Studio Team

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help me run our creative studio in North Belfast.

This opportunity is perfect for anyone passionate about studio photography, filmmaking, or visual storytelling. Whether you're just starting your journey or looking to gain more hands-on experience, we'd love to hear from you.

We especially welcome applicants from the North Belfast area, including Shankill and Ardoyne, or those with their own transport.

Photographing the Indian Men’s National Cricket Team during their visit to Belfast was a real privilege.

Commissioned by the Consulate General of India in Belfast, we had the opportunity to document a special reception celebrating the team’s T20I series against Ireland at Stormont. It was an evening that brought together sport, diplomacy, and the Indian community in Northern Ireland.

Thank you to the Consulate General of India, the Indian Men’s Cricket Team, and everyone involved for the opportunity to document this memorable event.

Dear all,

I am very pleased to announce that the production of my second photobook, “Galamsey,” is now approaching completion.

This is a self-published project and a major undertaking — the result of many years of work, commitment, and the support of extraordinary people who believed this story deserved to exist in the form of a photobook.

I am deeply grateful to Arts Council of Northern Ireland and The National Lottery, as well as to all private supporters who made seven years of work in Ghana possible.

The book includes a selection of photographs edited by Tomasz Tomaszewski, a introduction by principal investigator Melani Mennella, and an foreword by photographer and filmmaker Ed Kashi.

The production of this limited edition requires significant resources, which is why I am opening a pre-order campaign to help complete the final stage of publication.

First copies will ship in July

Limited edition: 500 copies
Pre-order price £20 + shipping fee

Project partners include: National Geographic Magazine Poland, Fotopolis.pl, Szeroki Kadr, Canon UK, Justice Tank, and FotoCamp
