She came into the studio wanting photographs that felt like her — relaxed, natural and full of personality. No hiding, no overthinking, just giving herself permission to celebrate one of the things she loves most about herself.

“I’m not photogenic.” — every woman says it.

Here’s the honest truth: you don’t have to know how to be in front of a camera. You don’t need to know how to pose, what to do with your face, or where to put your hands. You just need someone who knows how to make you feel comfortable enough to forget the camera is even there.

That’s my job. Not yours.

So, if “I’m not photogenic” is the thing holding you back, honestly, it doesn’t need to.

Bring the nerves. Bring the awkwardness. Bring the “I hate having my photo taken.”

Having experienced a bo***ir shoot previously, she knew she wanted to step in front of the camera again — but this time, she was looking for something a little different.

We played with a more editorial feel — dramatic lighting, beautiful movement, elegant posing and plenty of space to let her personality shine through. The result was a collection of images that feel confident, feminine and completely her own.
