Here's some more photos I've taken for my project Infrared InMemoriam. I visited Belper Cemetery which didn't have any areas of overgrowth - that always helps make the picture - but I decided to walk around anyway (there's a lot of it, too!) and I'm glad I did because I eventually spotted a few graves that had been reclaimed by nature or on the way to being subsumed. I also found some graves that were backdropped by some mythical-looking, tentacular trees.
What I love about the infrared effect is that I felt I was walking through a typically sombre and silent cemetery but when I processed the photos at home, the final images looked like I'd been somewhere mysterious and rather chilling.
