This evening I delivered Lauren and Ethan's wedding album and wall art from their Aurora Collection.

As photographers, we spend so much time talking about images on screens, but this is where the story really comes to life.

A handcrafted album.
A beautiful presentation box.
A piece of artwork for their home.

When Ethan saw the canvas wall art, he kept saying, "It looks like something from a movie."

That comment stuck with me.

Because that's exactly what wedding photography should feel like. Not posed. Not awkward. Not like a photoshoot.

It should feel like your story.

Months after the wedding day is over, this photograph now sits inside an album they'll share for years and as a piece of artwork they'll see every day.

That's why I believe your wedding photographs deserve more than a folder on your phone.

That little knot in your stomach when someone points a camera at you, I know that feeling. It’s natural to feel a bit camera-shy, especially when you’re thinking about your wedding day. But what if I told you it doesn't have to be like that?

For me, being part of your wedding day is about helping you feel completely at ease, allowing your genuine connections and all those real moments to simply unfold. It’s about building trust, so you can forget I’m even there, and just enjoy being yourselves. My aim is always for you to relive your day through photographs that feel exactly like how it was to live it, comfortable, natural, and full of authentic joy. It's truly a story-driven approach, where feeling good comes first.

A couple of fellow suppliers messaged me afterwards to say how unobtrusive I was and how easy I was to work alongside.

That meant a lot.

Because my goal has never been to be the centre of attention.

It's to create space for moments like this.

“We’re really awkward in front of the camera.”

Honestly, this is probably one of the most common things couples say to me before booking.

The good news is that you absolutely do not need to feel naturally confident in front of the camera to have beautiful wedding photographs.

Most of the couples I work with simply want:

a relaxed day
natural moments
gentle guidance when needed
photographs that genuinely feel like them

No awkward posing.
No spending hours away from your guests.
No turning your wedding day into a photoshoot.
