A great evening

Out on a photo walk back at the beginning of September hosted by through Oxford.

I had the pleasure of shooting the lovely and .scottii with some gorgeous lighting supplied by for the walk.

Shot on a combination of a Nikon Zfc and Nikon FE, both kitted with the 50mm Prime, the last two images of this post were shot with the FE on a roll of Konica Centuria Super 100 that expired back in 2015. No edits straight out of the camera.

Sitting in the heart of Crown Walk, Naomi Boles, a contestant from Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars opens Boles Bakery in Bicester on the 15th of July.

I was there to help catch some of the flavour of the morning while trying not to eat all the cookies around me!

On a balmy Wednesday evening in July, through a haze of smoke and purple light, The Heat Inc. took the stage in the back of Rough Trade East in Brick Lane for an electrifying 90-minute set to an energetic crowd.

2 Sundays ago in Staffordshire, some very dedicated folks ran the Ironman 70.3. With a very early start at 5am after my birthday shenanigans 🥱 still some amazing athletes snapped on the day. My first spot was just after Blithefield Reservoir before moving to the finish line. Well done to everyone who competed!

A few nights ago after a few glasses of wine and setting the world to rights in his studio, me and Mr Dodd ( ) picked up our respective weapons of choice to let loose a little creative freedom. This was the result.

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting and interviewing Florian Christl when he performed at the Jacqueline du Pre Music Building backed by the 6 Piece string accompaniment of The Mystery Ensemble in Celebration of World Piano Day which for those of you who don't know is the 88th day of the year, the same number of keys on a piano! The more you know eh?

It was an incredible evening and Florians Music is now part of my regular rotation, check out my article in the next issue of Oxfordshire Music Scene
