Back from a great week in Cornwall with a bunch of images to share over the next few days (photographers' paradise down there!).
The first night was incredibly clear so I headed out to this Chapel as I'd always wanted to go to this location to take some night sky images. When I arrived I met a local photographer who was also taking some images. We had a good chat for an hour or two and took a bunch of pictures whilst just along the coast a rescue operation was underway with a search helicopter and what seemed like 20-30 little flashlights moving about.
It was so clear compared to back home in Oxfordshire, it makes you realise how much noise pollution here really does make a big difference to how many stars you see on a cloud-free night.
