Both Kings Heath and Pineapple Road Station's had problems with the digital timetable screens.

Kings Heath showed Welcome to KIGSHTH, but this was in December 2025, 4 months before opening in April 2026.

Pineapple Road showed Welcome to HAZEWLL, during May 2026. Well over a month after opening in April 2026.

Pineapple Road Station from Pineapple Bridge on Vicarage Road. In 2009 when I first got the site wasn't sure at the time where the station would be. Finally construction began in 2023. 3 years late but opened April 2026. The Cartland Road bridge is close to the station entrances (both sides).

The West Midlands Railway Birmingham New Street to Shrewsbury line.

New stations opened at Darlaston and Willenhall back in March 2026. One train an hour on that line. But there is still a train that goes on the traditional Stour Valley Line between Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton via Smethwick Galton Bridge.

Shrewsbury and King Henry VII of England. Henry Tudor stayed in what is now the Henry Tudor Inn 1429 (formerly Henry Tudor House) in 1485 before the Battle of Bosworth Field. There is also another pub called The King's Head circa 1404.
