✨ Meet Emmi ✨

Some of you will have already met Emmi over the last few months, but i wanted to properly introduce you to the lovely lady who has joined me behind the scenes whilst I get ready to welcome my own little baby 🥹🤍

Emmie is an incredibly talented photographer who has spent the last few years specialising in natural light studio work and weddings. Since joining me i’ve been training her on my signature studio style, newborns and most recently, christmas shoots.

And honestly.. she is AMAZING 🤍 I couldn’t be happier to have her as part of Photography by Codie.

If you’ve booked a christmas collection this year, Emmi will be the one behind the camera. I promise you are in the best hands. I’m so excited for her 🌲✨

I honestly can’t believe how quickly this pregnancy is flying by 🥹🤍

I feel so lucky to be experiencing this little chapter, but I also can’t quite believe how little time I have left before I step away from the studio for maternity leave.

There are still several busy weeks of beautiful babies, families, branding shoots and Christmas magic ahead… and then it’ll be time for my own newborn photoshoot 🥹✨

Feeling very, very lucky and SO excited for everything that’s coming next & also scared to step away from a business i’ve built for 9 years!🥹✨

Client always ask me.. what should I bring to my newborn shoot? 💛✨

I have everything prepared here for your little one! beautiful wraps, outfits, tiny teddies, hats, headbands, props and all the little details in a variety of colours so we can create a gallery that feels completely personal to you.

The only things I suggest bringing are any personal or sentimental items you’d love included.. a special blanket, personalised item, a teddy that’s been waiting for baby or anything meaningful from home 💛

I’ll take care of the rest ✨
