A miserable wet rainy night in London on Thursday. But as I left the awards dinner I was at I couldn't resist capturing the view over Westminster Bridge. A little straighten and edit and it's amazing what your phone can capture.

A quick reminder please to everyone that is filling out forms for photo inquiries.

1️⃣ Only fill out if you are 18+, this is a safeguarding issue 🔐🔞
2️⃣ Only use the specific form for that race, do not put both race entries for the weekend on one form. Otherwise I'll need to contact you or look up start lists to see what bib is what race. Or I might not 🖨️
3️⃣ Only enter the details of one racer per form, not all your children. Seperate forms per racer please 🙏🏻
4️⃣ If you don't know the bib number look it up on GBSki, I won't do it for you. It's your child, surely you care about them more than that? 🤔
5️⃣ Only fill out the form once, unless it needs doing by a parent/guardian because an under 18 filled it in 🔂

I hope that this is ok and clear enough. Having to check and double check only makes what is already time consuming more so.

And so the marathon begins. At least being inside will keep me cool on the hottest day of the year.

Great to see the guys on the overall podiums today rocking the retro shellsuits and a little bit of TTF for good measure.

Jokes aside, brilliant racing all weekend across all age groups. With the men's and women's races being absolutely dominated by and .ski 👏🏻

Ski racing is a sport of speed, risk, danger, adrenaline and so many other words to describe it.

But yesterday this highlighted what the sport is really about. Togetherness.

Support, helping each other, making friends from all across the skiing community.

2 young LSR and Glasgow Ski Racing skiers were on hand to help this racer when she lost a ski on the wall after taking a tumble. They were really calm, telling her what she needed to do, supporting her ski so she could step into it, making sure she was ok.

Fantastic job boys. You did yourselves, your parents, your club and ski racing proud. 🙏🏻👏🏻
