Glynllifon Hall from 5 years ago, safe to say my photo skills are a lot better now ππ
Hidden in the heart of North Wales, the story of Plas Glynllifon is one of grandeur, resilience, and reinvention.
From early homes lost to a devastating fire in 1836, to the rise of a breathtaking 102-room neoclassical mansion built by Lord Newborough and designed by Edward Haycock, this estate has seen it all.
In 1969 it played host to a truly historic moment, the lavish Investiture Ball for the Prince of Wales, now King Charles III.
Over the years, ownership has shifted from private hands to council care, and while the mansion itself has faced periods of uncertainty, its future continues to evolve with plans for renewal.
