I’m looking for two pregnant models to join me for a maternity photography training day in Birmingham on Saturday 22nd August 2026.

I’m looking for:

✨ One expectant mum attending solo
✨ One expectant mum who can attend with her partner and one child

Ideally you’ll be around 28–32 weeks pregnant on the date of the shoot.

This will be a creative, styled maternity session, so I’m looking for women who are confident in front of the camera, comfortable being posed and directed, and happy for me to style you for the concepts we’ll be creating.

You don’t need any previous modelling experience — just confidence, willingness to take direction and an openness to creating something beautiful and a little different.

Details:
• Birmingham
• Saturday 22nd August 2026
• From approximately 10:30am
• Hair and makeup styling will need to suit the planned concepts — you can style yourself as requested, or an HMUA can be arranged for an additional fee
• You’ll receive 3–5 beautifully edited images from the session
• A refundable booking deposit will be required to secure your place

Please only apply if you’re comfortable with the images being created during a photography training session and used within my portfolio/social media.

Today is International Women’s Day.

I have the privilege of spending my life surrounded by women.
Women becoming mothers.
Women finding their strength.
Women carrying joy, fear, hope, love and everything in between. As a woman, raising girls to become women.

Through my lens and through my work as a midwife, I see something extraordinary every single day.. the quiet, unwavering power that women hold.

Not the kind that always shouts the loudest.
But the kind that endures.
That nurtures.
That creates life, holds families together, and keeps going even when the world feels heavy.

Today is simply a moment to acknowledge that power.

To every woman finding her way, finding her voice, or simply making it through today, you matter.

And that is worth celebrating.
