the demolition of Smethwick Enterprise Centre on Rolfe Street has been halted for an unknown reason. but they have left the gates wide open and I took the opportunity to photograph the site. Taken on March 25th 2024.

The Demolition of Langley Swimming Centre in Oldbury. March 5th 2024. sadly they have destroyed the Albrights mural but they have left the remains for the public to have. I have some of the tiles myself as they allowed me, my mom & a former Albrights school teacher. they have also been ordered by Sandwell council to preserve the mermaid mural above the entrance which you can see on the photos. so if you want one of the tiles I would go there as soon as possible before they dispose of them.
