Flambards Theme Park in Cornwall, a beloved destination since 1976, has permanently closed its doors. Among its cherished attractions was the Victorian Village, an intricate recreation of 19th-century life, featuring over 40 detailed shops and scenes. This exhibit has been acquired by Kynren – The Storied Lands, a historical attraction in County Durham. Kynren plans to transform the Victorian Village into an immersive experience, allowing visitors to step back into Victorian England when the new park opens in 2026. 

In light of these developments, I’ve compiled a video showcasing professional photographs of the Victorian Village as it stood in Flambards. This visual journey captures the essence of the exhibit, preserving its memory and celebrating its future at Kynren.

Join me in this tribute to a remarkable piece of our heritage, now embarking on a new chapter in the Storied Lands.
