Views for miles, champagne in the rose gardens, first dance under the sky, yes it’s another stunning château on a hill above Sarlat.
Me, from Bolton, trying to keep it professional and talk my poshest Northern. Doesn’t last long and before we know it we are all having a blast and throwing people in the air 🤣
I genuinely never get over this. Every single time I pull up to a venue like this I have the same reaction this slightly stunned, slightly emotional moment where I think how on earth is this my job. And then I pick my camera up and get to work, because there are two people getting married and they have trusted me to capture it in the very best way possible.
This is what I do, this is what I love. I get to spend the most important days of people’s lives in places so beautiful it almost doesn’t feel real and I get to make sure they never forget a single second of it.
If you’re getting married in the Dordogne or anywhere in south west France and you want a photographer who is absolutely, unashamedly obsessed with what she does, and a diary that’s nearly full for 2027, who meeeeeeee 😉get in touch.
