Tough livestream yesterday for my own cousin who battled illness for years. Her amazing partner, parents and sister were so strong reading beautiful words to remember her as the most beautiful, positive, kind and inspirational person that she was and will always be remembered for until we meet again x. Also he little son gave a rendition of a song he made up and performed for her regularly in hospital ###
I was monitoring the stream monitor through teary eyes 😢

Livestreaming this to bring it to all those that couldn't be there in the UK and the USA where she had been living for the past 4 years, is the least I could do for my family.
