A selection of images from a recent wedding shoot for the lovely Alex and Emma.

After spending the morning at Grimsthorpe shooting ground with the Groomsmen, we moved onto The Dower House Hotel where the weather held out…an absolute delight for March and the ceremony could take place in the spring sunshine. Then all in attendance spent hours talking, eating, laughing, dancing, and more importantly….drinking!!!

Had a great day shooting this wedding, but after nearly 18hrs my bed couldn’t come soon enough 🤣

Here it is, the final image of the Mercedes A45 AMG.

This was a first attempt at this kind of photography for me, so it was never going to be perfect. A total of 10 images taken to highlight certain parts of the car, illuminate the interior / underside of the car with my light stick and to catch different vehicles light trails. I then blended the images together in Photoshop to create a composite image, and then it was over to Lightroom to tweak the final image.

Im reasonably happy with the outcome, and there were a few lessons learned along the way which was the objective 😎

Nice cheeky experimental night shoot with a beautiful Merc AMG this evening…was a tad on the nippy side though!

Need to finish editing the wedding shoot, then will make a start on editing them…a lot of editing to do so may take a while, but if all goes well the final image will be on here in due course 🙏🏼🤞🏼😎

So a friend needed help….

A company has rented his car and they needed an images to print asap. So off I went with one of my cameras, 50mm lens, tripod and a light stick.

I wasnt sure how the image would come out as we had next to no ambient light (hence the tripod). The goal was to get a dark and moody shot with the car popping, with the light stick set to a cool white and a 6 second exposure I managed to come up with this, what do you think?

We will be heading out when the weather is better on a full shoot getting experimental and I cant wait. And shall we take a moment just to admire how damn sexy that car is!!! 😱
