Hi everyone,

So we've not been very active on social media for quite some time. As you can imagine, it's been a difficult year and appears to be this way for a while longer.

As some of you know, we were hoping to bring a programme to schools towards the start of last year to help coding and programming to encourage children to go into STEM industries. This is still something that we would like to pursue but again COVID has not allowed us to do so.

There have also been some big changes to the drone industry this year, which now means that it is easier for anyone with a drone to start using them for a commercial use. We urge people who hire a drone pilot to be alot more vigilant with who they hire, to ensure that they are legal and insured and that they have the relevant experience to carry out the task in hand.

AerocamUK Ltd have been in the industry for over 4 years now and have a plethora of experience in alot of drone applications. As such, we now hold a Gold certification from Drone Safe Register to help differentiate us from new operators who may not have the same level of experience as us.

We we would like to thank everyone for their continued support and custom and we hope to be back to normal service shortly.

All of us from AerocamUK would like to say a massive good luck to Chris Leyshon & Matthew Daniel - Vance, who are embarking on a trip to Mount Everest Base camp!

The pair will be taking on the challenge for Prostate Cymru, the leading prostate health charity in Wales supporting men with benign prostate disease and prostate cancer and the Emyr Owen branch of Latch, the Welsh Children’s cancer charity.

As you can appreciate, these are two very deserving charities.

Both charities receive no government funding and rely on the generosity of their amazing fundraisers. Prostate Cymru supports men in Wales with prostate disease and prostate cancer through education, awareness, medical training and research. Funds raised through this challenge will help the charity’s recent and upcoming projects including prostate health assessments, a specialist nurse, a helpline and chatbot assistance on the website. The Emyr Owen branch of Latch supports children who are receiving treatment for cancer at the Children’s Hospital for Wales and their families. Money raised can help fund projects including refurbishing the Latch ward of the Children’s Hospital for Wales for kids who are undergoing cancer treatment and covering the cost for two caravans, known as Emyr’s Karavans 4 the Kidz, so that children can go on holidays.

The pair have created a massive flag and asked local business to sponser a patch on the flag. AerocamUK was happy to sponser the pair and have our logo on our way to Everest.

PLEASE CAN EVERY ONE TAKE A COUPLE SECS TO DO THIS FOR US.

You may have seen local businesses asking for your help lately and this is largely down to how Facebook / Instagram are hampering you seeing our content unless we pay which is very hard for small businesses to constantly do this.
