We are now closed for the Christmas holidays...we will re-open on January 10th.
Thank you to everyone who supported us this year. We have met a load of new people and hopefully made some new friends.

Ok ... so after a few difficult weeks struggling with my health issues...I have managed to get things a bit more under control again.

So... if you are wanting a £30 Christmas card shoot I can now do these in the comfort of your own home.

I would need to be collected with my backdrop stand as I don't have any transport.

The session would last for around 30 minutes and then once you have your images you will need to choose two of them to be turned into gorgeous glossy full colour Christmas cards.
The cards are A5 and are printed on a 10 ink printer for vibrant crisp colours and come with envelopes.
You get 6 of these ( 3 of each image that you have chosen)

** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT **
I am having to close down the home studio part of our business with immediate effect due to continuing health issues.
We will still be doing on location shoots and all the other packages - just not studio shoots.
If you have recently won one of our competitions will you please contact me so we can arrange an on location shoot as soon as possible.
I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and I can assure you this decision has not been taken lightly....I loved having my own studio but sadly I am no longer able to manage this side of our photography business.
Our on location shoots work out better for me health wise as there will always be a second photographer with me.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who came to the studio and hopefully you will still be able to use our on location services in the future.

** Halloween Competition **

Yes, I know it is a bit early this year but as we haven't had a lot of interest in the Couples competition I thought we might as well launch the Halloween Competition today.

Once again it is totally FREE to enter. No obligation to buy anything although there are items available if you do wish to buy something.

All you need to do to enter is to get your child into their Halloween costume and pop into our studio so I can grab a quick photo of them. (Usually takes around 15 minutes )
Then I work my photoshop magic on the image ( see photos for examples from previous years ) and they will all be up for show on our page once the shoots are all in.
The winner will be the one who has the most Likes.

1st Prize is a £99 Family Shoot ( complete with full package )

All entrants will be entitled to book a half price shoot from our website. ( not including weddings or the newly launched Alternative School Shoots )

Not many takers for this competition so far....come on all you couples...there is no upper age limit ...if you are finding it hard to come in to the studio to have a quick photo taken then we can also arrange to meet up in one of 3 places....
* the Harbour gardens at the bottom of Ebor Flats
* The cenotaph garden ( near the Salvation Army Hall )
* The Town Hall garden

Just message me to arrange a time ...it needs to be before 6pm on Friday 4th of October as that is when we will be doing the last shoot for this competition.

Someone has to win the prize which is an on location/studio photo shoot worth £65

Good afternoon everyone. Hope you are all well today.
Just had a lovely shoot in the studio with one of the runners up from our 1st competition . Abbie brought her beautiful family into the studio and we managed to get some really nice photos...even though a certain little someone didn't really want to play ball ### I still managed to get some sneaky shots of him though lol....
And...the Judy bonus was...I got to hold Mia-Rose...she is just as snuggly as I imagined she would be...thank you ###

Can I just mention that if any of our runners up from any of our past competitions are wanting to take advantage of their half price shoot offer could they please contact me to book a date. I would like to draw a line under the previous competitions so we can move on with the next.....I wonder what it will be??

We are now offering ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL SHOOT PACKAGES.
Starting from just £10 a package these shoots are designed to make it easier for most households to be able to afford nice photos of their little ones in their new school uniforms. The price of the photo packages available from the schools has rocketed and this leaves a lot of families unable to afford them...with these "Alternative Packages" we are offering we hope that more people will be able to obtain some lovely images for the family to keep and treasure for many years to come.
