Really pleased with this survey, client had a bad leak in the bedroom , using the drone I found a build up of moss etc in the back gutter of the velux window, so as the velux was a tilt and turn style I was able to open the velux enough so I could clear away the debris by hand, roof surveyed and leak fixed all in one safe visit 👍🏻✅👌🏻

Problems were found in a matter of minutes 👌🏻presented to roofer, no ladders or scaffold involved to find the problem ...
