Last week I had the honour of capturing Justine and Dylans beautiful elopement at the Gilpin’s in the Lakes. With their parents and grandad by their side they had an intimate ceremony, followed by champagne, nibbles and speeches. We explored the grounds together before they headed off for an evening of private dining.

A perfect day celebrating their love.

⭐️✨ GET TO KNOW ME ✨⭐️

I’ve had a few new faces follow along, and it’s been a while since I shared a post like this, so — hello! I’m Carys, your friendly, candid-loving wedding photographer. 🤍

A few things about me: I moved to the North West at the start of 2025, and it’s been such a fun summer exploring new venues and discovering new places. I married my best friend last summer, so I really understand all the emotions you feel on your wedding day now — it truly is the best. 🤍

Outside of weddings: certified Jellycat collector, autumn lover and gingham-obsessed! When I’m not shooting, I’m hiking, curled up with a coffee and a good book, or playing on my PlayStation under a cosy blanket.

From a church ceremony to the marquee back at their farm, it was a day filled with joy, and all about celebrating with their children and loved ones! They had amazing food, tractors, ice cream truck, heart felt speeches and a golden hour of dreams!
